Once you’ve exported your timesheets, you can easily bring them into MYOB to keep payroll and records up to date.
Step 1: Log in to your MYOB account.

Step 2: Go to the “Payroll” tab, click the Settings icon, and select “import and export data“. You will be redirected to the Import and export data page.

Step 3: Select Timesheet from the “Data to Import” dropdown.

Step 4: Drag the exported timesheet file into the “Upload File” field
Step 5: Choose how employees in the import file are matched with MYOB:
- Company name or Last name – Make sure the last name in the file exactly matches the one in MYOB.
- Contact ID (Employee Number / Payroll ID) – In MYOB this is the Employee Number (Contact ID), in SwiftCheckin platform it is the Payroll ID. The value must match between the file and MYOB.
Step 6: Click “Import“ button to start the process. A confirmation popup will appear.

Step 7: In the popup, click the “Import” icon to confirm.

After completing the import, you will receive an email once it has completed.
Step 9: Go to “Payroll” and click on “Timesheets” in MYOB to review the imported records.


You can also view them in “Reporting“.
