
Pay items are the different parts of a worker’s pay, like wages, leave, deductions, superannuation and tax.
There are default pay items in SwiftCheckin that you can use, or you can create new ones to suit your business needs.
Step 1: Click on your profile below and select account to access settings.

Step 2: Select the Timesheet Settings module to view all current pay items.
Step 3: Click the “+” icon to add new pay item.
Step 4: Name your Pay Item, select a Pay Item Reference, and click Add to save it.

Pay item references are the built-in timesheet types used in SwiftCheckin. You can also create your own pay items, as long as they match with the ones used in SwiftCheckin.
